Day 33

Breakfast: Baked banana oatmeal (prep time: about 2 minutes)

Lunch: Leftover quinoa, white beans, onions, garlic, oil and vinegar. Carrots and celery with peanut butter (prep time: 5 minutes)

Dinner: Turkey crockpot chili with avocado slices (prep time: about 15 minutes in the morning, about 8 hours in the crockpot)

Snacks: A piece of dark chocolate, popcorn made in coconut oil with curry spices

  1. Here is my receipe for the black stuff I brought in tonight, Creamy buckwheat at Wegman’s, maple surep pinch of salt,and unsweetened choclet powder 1 tablespoon. My spelling is so bad that my spell check can’t even decipher my misspelled words, That’s what you get when you cheat on spelling tests in school. Thanks again BettyJo for all your hard work.
