Day 24

Today was a busy and beautiful day! Here’s what I ate:

Breakfast: Savory oatmeal (topped with low-sodium soy sauce and hot sauce) (prep time: 5 minutes)

Lunch: 1/2 a can of tuna with celery and carrots (prep time: less than 5 minutes)

Dinner: A flounder fillet with rice and spicy cabbage slaw (prep time: 15 minutes)

Snacks: A few whole-grain crackers with 1oz crumbled feta and a handful of olives, 1oz 71% dark chocolate

  1. What’s this breakfast business with soy sauce and hot sauce over oatmeal. That’s just not right, even Jesus won’t eat it.


    • It’s actually delicious! I’ve eaten savory oatmeal with various seasonings for a while now and it is one of my favorite breakfasts! Don’t knock it until you try it!
