Day 10

Yesterday was the last day of the 10-day detox! Here’s what I ate:

Breakfast: Blueberry spinach smoothie with a spoonful of peanut butter (prep time: 5 minutes)

Lunch: Leftover quinoa with spinach, sunflower seeds, olive oil, and lemon juice (prep time: 5 minutes)

Dinner: Chicken thighs, roasted turnips, and broccoli sauteed with garlic and onions (prep time: 15 minutes)

Snacks: Crunchy chickpeas (recipe from the Daniel Plan book), a pear

  1. So I made it through the 10 days with out cheating!! Excited to see what the next 30 days will bring. Had a glass of wine to celebrate my success. =)
