Day 5

Breakfast: Breakfast frittata bites (prep time: these were prepared last week so 0 minutes)

Lunch: The winter lunch bowl that I prepped over the weekend (prep time: less than 5 minutes)

Dinner: Ground pork stew. Basically we threw some browned ground pork (turkey was my first choice but they were out at the store), onions, carrots, cabbage, garlic, water, and a bunch of herbs into our crockpot and let it cook all day. Delicious! (prep time: 30 minutes in the morning, about 8 hours in the crockpot)

Snacks: Carrots and guacamole
